Wolfgang Fieger has spent most of his professional career in international business consulting.

Wolfgang's early consulting activities focused on German Mittelstand companies, but he soon expanded his activities to include companies abroad wishing to enter the German market by acquisition or partnering. His customers included well-known US and British investors and development organisations.

In 1992, Wolfgang Fieger joined a leading international M&A consulting organisation specialising in mergers & acquisitions for IT clients. He established and grew the German subsidiary during the 1990s and has managed a number of transactions for well-known British, US, French and German customers in the German speaking countries. Many of the projects which he has lead have profited from his accumulated knowledge of the application software, IT consulting, communication services and Internet sectors.

He holds degrees in German law and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Wolfgang is fluent in English and German.
