Atrium Group Ltd is to acquire
GBS Corporate Training plc
London, UK, 12th October, 2005 - Atrium Group Ltd, a leading provider of online training and development solutions, has announced plans to acquire GBS Corporate Training Ltd., one of the UK’s most successful and innovative corporate training organisations.
The acquisition will enable the integration of Atrium’s vcContact multimedia-based e-learning solution with GBS Corporate Training’s in-depth expertise to provide an innovative approach to the market, with the new organisation offering a distinctive blended learning approach for any customer with training needs.
Atrium’s vcContact solution has already been successfully deployed by leading organisations including Vodafone, the world’s leading mobile operator, First Data, the world’s largest credit card servicing company, and major businesses such as Legal & General. Atrium will combine vcContact with GBS Corporate Training’s expertise to create a powerful integrate training offering.
